Movement is key. On a daily basis. Both the mind and body.
It can be big movements or little ones but they all count toward moving you closer to where you want to be.
It might be tempting to feel the progress is so small it doesn’t count. Or that it was too easy so nothing good can come of it because you didn’t have fight for it.
Who says what you did was small or insignificant? Who says only things that are hard to do are worthwhile?
Only your mind.
Can you know if the biggest movement or change will bring what you’re after or the small ones?
No you can’t.
Stop judging your progress and start making more of it instead.
