If you're new here, welcome.
You've landed on the website of someone who took the long way round to get here.
And I wouldn't change a thing.
I didn't start out as an ADHD coach. In true ADHDer style, I experimented. I tried things. I pivoted. I followed what felt right until something finally felt really right.
My coaching journey started with a Transformational Life Coaching diploma — ICF accredited — through Animas. From there I moved into working alongside another coach on The Better Man Project, focusing specifically on relationships for men.
Both experiences taught me a huge amount. About people. About what gets in the way of us living the life we actually want.
But it wasn't until I started focusing on ADHD coaching that something clicked.
Because I'm not just a coach who works with ADHDers.
I'm an ADHDer myself.
Diagnosed as an adult. And like a lot of you, that diagnosis made sense of a LOT. The experiments. The pivots. The relentless need to find what actually fits.
When I found my lane with ADHD coaching I knew I'd found my tribe. People who think differently. People who've spent years wondering why the world feels harder than it should when they're also so capable. People who don't need another list of tips — they need the right support to actually move forward.
My background as a former GP also shapes how I work. I understand the whole person. The sleep, the movement, the nervous system. It's all connected.
If you want to know more about how I work, take a look at my Packages or just get in touch.
The best way to find out if coaching is right for you is a conversation.
