No. I work with people who are formally diagnosed, awaiting assessment, or who simply recognise themselves in ADHD descriptions. Your experience matters more than a diagnosis.
We start with a check-in, identify a focus area, explore what's getting in the way, and finish with one practical action. No rigid agenda imposed on you.
It varies. Some people find 4-5 sessions gives them a foundation and a clearer picture of how their ADHD works; others prefer 8-12 or beyond for deeper change and lasting shifts. The free chemistry call is a good moment to talk through what feels right.
Therapy focuses on understanding the past. Coaching is forward-focused — practical strategies to help you function better day-to-day with ADHD. Many people benefit from both.
