It can really be helpful to have an idea what you might want coaching on, even if the goal is not clear yet. Think about what is not working in your life right now, and what you would like to be different.

Counselling and other forms of therapy are often focused on the past. Coaching is future focused. We work on where you want to go and how to get there.
