To summarise, Rich has been - thought provoking, empowering, neutral, curious, approachable, human, uses good (appropriate) humour, offers helpful reflections, allows emotions to be fully experienced, has a none-judgemental approach, appears open minded and knowledgeable. Rich is a coach for the right reasons; he genuinely has an interest and caring nature. He is able to keep things relevant while also allowing space for disclosure and feedback.
