Let's talk about sex!

Updated: Apr 11

I enjoy talking to people about sex and sexuality…

I’ve done a lot of work and self discovery around this topic to get to the point I’m comfortable discussing this in public.

I also spent a lot of time in my career as a GP asking questions and hearing about peoples issues with themselves around their sex lives and sexualities.

Hearing their deepest insecurities, desires, sexual dysfunction issues and more.

I’ve done a ton of research, reading, podcasts and more.

I guess you could say I’m kind of a nerd when it comes to the topic of sex and sexuality!

It’s been a journey to get here and it’s not always been easy.

I’ve attempted to talk to some people about sex and made things awkward and uncomfortable at times.

That left me feeling ashamed and withdrawing from the discussion and not bringing it up again.

And I KNOW from talking with others since I am far from alone in this experience.

Many people have nobody they can talk to.

Their friends won’t talk about it. They don’t feel they can talk to their partners about it.

And people often struggle along with shame, insecurities and limiting beliefs.

Sometimes they feel trapped and alone in their thoughts, needs and desires.

So going forward on Fridays I’m going to be talking about sex and sexuality!

And if you’re curious about having to have a safe, fun, non judgemental, confidential and non threatening professional space to explore the topic of sex in your own life then please do send me a private message and let’s talk!

Given the nature of my other work in The Better Man Project I want to clarify this is invitation open to all and not just limited to men.
