Richard coached me through some changes at work and home, with an application for a big role elsewhere, he helped me realise my market value. We then moved on to another goal around family dynamics and I learned to set better boundaries for myself. I'm indebted to Richard for his care and attention during this time and will definitely be returning to coaching with Richard as i navigate this time of change in my life so that I get the best out of opportunities and challenges in front of me.
